CATERING BUFFET MENUS (revised 6/20/2017)

Interested in hosting a special event?  

Parties of (50) Guests or more are presented buffet-style and include the following:

  • Reserved Section (can accommodate up to 110 guests)
  • Service for up to two hours
  • Additional Staff as needed if noted below
  • All Catering and Buffet Equipment
  • Greenery and Decor for Buffet
  • Food Labels for Buffet
  • All Accompaniments for Buffet
  • Café Modern Place Setting (Upgraded Styled Motifs available for additional cost)
  • Beverage Station with Fruit-Infused Water
  • Clear Plastic Cups

Please Note: Prices are based on a minimum of (50) guests and do not include 10% Service Charge and 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax. The Service Charge covers all the items listed above and the credit card processing fees; a 10-15% Staff Gratuity is recommended if you enjoyed your service experience. We can accommodate smaller parties with a minimal surcharge or you can view our CATERING FAMILY-STYLE MENUS which were created for parties of (20) or more guests but less than (50) guests. PRIVATE CHEF SERVICES are available for parties of less than (20) guests; this includes a Chef’s Choice Pre-Fixe Four-Course Menu.  Children (0-4 years) are always complimentary. Children (5 to 9 years) are half price.
