CATERING BUFFET MENUS (revised 11/9/2017)

Parties of (50) Guests or more are presented buffet-style and include the following:
• (1) Hour of Buffet Service
• (2) Hours of Service Staff – Set-up, Buffet Service and Breakdown – is included for events onsite at Barefoot Beach Café only. Staffing for offsite events is based on location, time and needs
• Café Modern Styled Setting is included for events onsite at Barefoot Beach Café only
• All Buffet Equipment
• Greenery and Decor for Buffet
• Food Labels for Buffet
• All Accompaniments for Buffet
• Beverage Station with Fruit-Infused Water

Please Note: Prices are based on a minimum of (50) guests and do not include 20% Service Charge and 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax. The Service Charge covers all the items listed above, staff gratuity and credit card processing fees; an additional Staff Gratuity is recommended if you enjoyed your service experience. A rental fee for place settings, catering equipment and tenting may apply for offsite events.

We can accommodate parties smaller than (50) with a minimal surcharge or we can serve you

FAMILY-STYLE for parties of (20) or more guests but less than (40) guests for a fee of $10/guest.

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICES are available for parties of up to (20) guests; this includes a Chef’s Choice Four-Course Menu, Styled Setting, Linens & Décor for $195/guest (minimum of 10 guests)

Children (0-4 years) are always complimentary but do not count towards the headcount.

Children (5 to 9 years) are half price.

KEIKI BANZAI BOXES are available for $9 and include choice of Grilled Cheese, Chicken Tenders or Barefoot Sliders, Choice of French Fries or Fruit, Juice Box & Sweet Treat

Beach Breakfast Buffet – $20/guest

• Soft Scrambled Eggs
• Choice of (2) Meat: Grilled Ham, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Portuguese Sausage, Link Sausage, Fresh Caught Fish of the Day
• Sauteed Red Breakfast Potatoes with Onion, Red & Green Bell Pepper
• Steamed White Rice
• Mini Pancakes with Trio of Syrups (Maple, Coconut, Passion Fruit)
• Fresh Seasonal Fruit Platter
• ADD LIVE OMELET STATION for $250 (up to 50 guests, $5/guest thereafter)
• ADD LIVE MALASADA STATION for $350 (up to 100 guests, $5/guest thereafter)

Brunch on the Beach Buffet – $30/guest
